Profile of Liberty Estates

Liberty Estates is located on a cul de sac close to the center of  town in Uxbridge, Massachusetts.  It is located in the Blackstone River Valley, and is close to all major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, banks, health care facilities, and universities.  Seventy-two single family attached townhouses, presented in three different styles, are located on 28 plus wooded acres to create a  relaxed, olde New England style, village-type atmosphere.  Liberty Estates is built on the site of an old granite quarry referred to as the Blanchard Quarry located in North Uxbridge.  The granite was used in Boston and New York City, and rumor has it that some of the granite was also used to construct the base of the Statue of Liberty.  Hence the origin of the name . . . Liberty Estates.

The Townhouses

The three different styles of townhouses are  integrated into clusters of  2, 3 and 4 units to provided a more individualist appearance to the community.   The 72 townhouses are spread out among 6 Courts and 2 Lanes intertwoven with open space consisting of lawns and natural environments.  The homeowners own their townhouses and an undivided interest in the common elements of the community.
