Liberty Estates is located on a cul de sac close to the center of town in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. It is located in the Blackstone River Valley, and is close to all major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, banks, health care facilities, and universities. Seventy-two single family attached townhouses, presented in three different styles, are located on 28 plus wooded acres to create a relaxed, olde New England style, village-type atmosphere. Liberty Estates is located on "Quarry Hill" so named because of an old granite quarry (Blanchard Quarry ) which was located on the top of the hill. (Quarry Video) The granite was used in Boston and New York City, and rumor has it that some of the granite was also used to construct the base of the Statue of Liberty. The Townhouses
The three different styles of townhouses are integrated into clusters of 2, 3 and 4 units to provided a more individualist appearance to the community. The 72 townhouses are spread out among 6 Courts and 2 Lanes intertwoven with open space consisting of lawns and natural environments. The homeowners own their townhouses and an undivided interest in the common elements of the community. |

LEC Resident's Section
The Residents section contains the Governing documents, financial information, meeting minutes, and other correspondence and information pertaining to Liberty Estates. To access this section a password and username must be entered. Both can be obtained from the Management Company.

Trash and Recycling

Hazardous Waste Disposal
Our Trash Hauler does not pick-up Household Hazardous Waste Material but the Town of Uxbridge has contracted with New England Disposal Technologies located in Sutton, MA to accept such material. Refer to the following document: Hazardous Waste Program or contact the Uxbridge Board of Health. If you have bulk waste items, you might want to contact a curbside trash hauler who serves the Uxbridge area. Below is a list of such vendors: Casella Waste Systems E.L.
